Bonding Duties

An overview of the Bonding process:

Working in our assembly and bonding department requires a high level of precision, attention to detail and commitment to quality.  Team members are responsible for carefully assembling and bonding various material to carbon fiber components to an exact specification of tolerances that must be met, while maintaining consistent standards throughout the production process. The role involves the ability to multi-task effectively, manage workloads efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities at a face paced environment. Success in this department also depend on a strong teamwork ethos, as employees must work closely with colleagues to ensure products are completed accurately, safely and on schedule.
