Carbon House Blackpool Build 2021

There are exciting times ahead here at Multi-Ply!

As we continue growing to meet demand, 2021 will see the consolidation of our three manufacturing operations coming together under one roof. The Carbon House Blackpool Build brings a significant increase in capacity, and will be a leading carbon fibre production facility with a world class production process layout. There will be more space and opportunities to build on our already strong manufacturing infrastructure, in terms of our combined capability of people and equipment.

The build is moving at a fast pace through the construction phase and the completion date for the shell of the building is estimated as August 2021. There will then be a few months of internal fit out and relocation activity before we officially move in. Sited on the Enterprise Zone adjacent to Blackpool Airport this new facility gives us the platform to introduce new carbon fibre production and development activities.
